Through our system, construction costs are known early in the process. With one entity being responsible for the planning and construction, we will be estimating the construction costs through the planning phase, which allows the client to be able to make financial decisions early on and avoid costly mistakes. We work with clients to ensure their needs are being addressed at this early stage and through extensive planning so that the construction phase will be a seamless experience.
